The Agreement
The Agreement is made
between the advertiser (“seller”, “landlord”, “you",
“your”) and LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK ("We", “Our”).
The agreement is subject to the following Terms &
Conditions of use, which you are deemed to accept by
using the website.
You agree to
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK publishing your advertisement
details on our website. Advertisements are accepted and
published on the basis of these Terms & Conditions.
Your
Responsibilities
You are the legal owner of
the property you are advertising, or you have been
granted authorisation from the legal owner to advertise
the property.
You will pay the full
advertisement fee before the advertisement will be
published on the website. Any additional services
provided by LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK must be paid in
full on application.
All information supplied by
you must be legal, true and must not mislead. You are
responsible for insuring that all information forming
part of your advertisement is accurate and up to date.
You have the legal right to
publish any photographs you supply and do not breach
copyright. You have obtained permission from the owner
of any photographs supplied.
You may not place any
material on this website belonging to any other person
other than yourself without the prior consent of the
owner of it.
You may not place any
material on this website that is of a sexually explicit
nature, advertising of additional services, any
material unrelated to the property being advertised.
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK will remove such material
immediately and in extreme cases inform the Police.
If you have a contract with
an Estate Agent, you have independently checked this
contract with regards to its Terms & Conditions.
You understand
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK do not in anyway act as a
Letting Agent. You will set your own rental price for
the advertised property. You will arrange and conduct
viewings for the advertised property. All negotiations
and subsequent contracts between you and prospective
tenants will be conducted between you and third parties
excluding LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK.
You understand that
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK do not give any guarantees
that the property you advertise on the website will
ultimately be let by way of the website or partner
sites.
You will forward all
correspondence and instruction to
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK relating to your advertised
property in writing quoting your
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK ID number.
You will maintain adequate
security measures to safeguard the misuse of your
username and password. It is your responsibility to
keep these details confidential.
The erection of any ‘To
Let’ board supplied by LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK is
your responsibility and must comply with the local
planning authority regulations.
You will inform
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK and/or remove from the
website once the advertised property is rented or you no
longer wish to continue advertising.
You will react to all
written correspondence from LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK
that requires a timed response or
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK reserves the right to act in
accordance with the said correspondence.
Our
Responsibilities
We will publish your
advertisement immediately on LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK
as long as we are not experiencing technical
difficulties.
We will at certain times
advertise your property on other property websites at no
additional charge / cost to yourselves.
We have no involvement in
the negotiation between advertiser, tenant or third
party.
We will not disclose your
personal details to any third party without your
permission unless we are required to do so by law. We
will only publish the details you select as part of your
advertisement. We will endeavour to protect the
confidentiality of our advertisers.
We do not accept
responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of
information supplied and published by advertisers. We
have no means of verifying the information supplied by
advertisers. We do not accept liability for inaccurate
information.
We will, to the best of our
efforts, ensure that the LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK web
site is available at all times. We reserve the right to
take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for
essential maintenance and upgrades.
We shall be entitled to
suspend any service without notice and without liability
where the advertiser has, failed to pay the fees, failed
to respond to timed correspondence, used the service in
an unlawful manner or failed to comply with the
Agreement.
Refunds
You may cancel this
agreement by informing LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK in
writing or email within 48 hours of placing your
advertisement quoting your LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK ID
number and a full refund will be issued. All
advertising after the initial 48 hour period is classed
as ‘Free of Charge’ and therefore no refund will be
given.
Under no circumstances will
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK’s liability exceed the value
of the fee received.
This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Copyright
You confirm you own the
copyright to all advertisement content including
photographs, images and descriptions supplied to
LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK for the purpose of publishing
on the website and you agree to grant a copyright
license to LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK.
All content on this website
belongs to LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK. You may not
copy, distribute or store the content of this website
without the consent of LONDONPROPERTYTORENT.CO.UK. |
